Make a Wish
I like to gaze at the stars at night.
Ok. You can stop giggling now. I now what you're thinking.. "Feeling wa tse lei naman to, magtetext tapos titingin sa langit at ngingiti". Nothing that cheesy. It's just that with everything that is happening in our life: all the responsibilities we face, the problems we encounter, the dreams we wish to achieve, and the sheer irritation caused by moronic people around us, our minds seems to be caught in a maelstorm of activities and it's nice to get away from all of this and, at least for the time being, think of nothing at all.
So there, I was in our roofdeck gazing at the stars. It was a surprisingly clear night even though it rained pretty hard a while ago. And for the first time, I saw a shooting star! No bullshit, i really did see one. What do you do when you see a shooting star? Make a wish (no F-4 pun intended). After a while, it occured to me: "I can't think of one wish!" Sure I can think of multiple wishes, but having to choose just one is too darn difficult to do.. Well, needless to say, after a (long) while I had one.
How about you. What would you wish for o.O;;
On a totally unrelated note, do you notice that the best retorts, the best hirits usually enters your mind long after the conversation is over? It's always, "why the hell didn't I think of that earlier on?". Instead, you made some innane comment about asparagus or something. Bah. Sucks.

Considering that you don’t even see something so obvious as a revolving door (which was basically right in front of you),
I doubt it if you were able to see something as inconspicuous as that tiny shooting star that you’re claiming.
Me thinks it was a firefly or something,

There's a word for it. Espirit d' Escaler. Yes, its in French and it literally means spirit of the stairs. Its metaphorical meaning is exactly as you described it. The best retorts are always the ones thought of when leaving (hence the going down the stairs bit)
Also, I didn't know you were an F4 fan... *snicker*

@revolving doors (again): Milking the incident for all it's worth huh? =P This has been going on for nearly 2 months na O.o Sige lang, magsasawa ka rin dyan. Then pag magsawa ka na, there's probably going to be a new embarrasing thing that'll happen to me to make asar about XD

ska indi na ata counted yun wish mo pagnawala na yun shooting star ska dpt close your eyes and take a deep breath tps sbaay bukas ang mata sabay ngiti after u saw the shooting star immediately o course u nid to make a wish during this process...
if this is the case, ill wish for making wishing more easier...like you get a wish every day... then ill get all my wish daily and i helped people get their wish to.
