Damn you PLDT! (>_<#)

Fuggin PLDT. My DSL was busted from monday night to friday! >< And as usual, tech support gave plenty of oh so useful advice.
"you have reached PLDT blahblahblah, all operators are busy right now please hold.... (wait for 5 min)... sorry, all operators are busy. Please EMAIL us at so-and-so for any concerns, have a good day."
WTF?!? I can't connect to the friggin internet! How the hell am i supposed to email you? O.o

Anyway, i started calling tech support at around 10am wednesday. I was able to get through at around 8pm >< Apparently, they are having technical difficulties in the tondo area (oooh, like i didn't know that), and they claim to be "working on it". How very informative.
